I was working with disabled clients in a large residential centre run by Dept Community Services (DoCS) as a registered nurse in the 1990's.
My job was to provide safe and appropriate nursing care and to be an
advocate on their behalf and protect them from physical, emotional, and
mental abuse.

On the issue of the competent judicials

"The
International Covenant on Civil & Political Rights (ICCPR) states that an
individual "shall be entitled to a fair and public hearing by a
competent, independent and impartial tribunal established by law"
(Article 14.1).

The issues are simple:

1. Access to the legal system?? as prescribed in HREOA 1986 and ICCPR and ICERD;

2. access to HREOA 1986;

3. access to RDA 1975; and other (human rights) laws;

4. executive powers in the judiciary?

On 26^th Sept. 2007, Channel 10 had Bundy Rock ethanol drug cartel and music CD promo in ‘School of Rock’ ad break. (Also in the ads was the ethanol drug dealing collective mascot singing, “Druuuugs! Close to you!” (Well, not exactly, but this report will remove all bias between drug cartels, drug dealers, drug advocates, drug choices and tells it exactly like it is.
