Gosford Police are now being embarrassed by the attempt at a white wash

The published and freely available statutory declarations signed by staff and witnessed are entitled to be relied on as truthful by any reader. When Gosford Police became involved it was perceived by some as an attempt by the Labor Party to wash dirty political laundry. The interference of police in what should have remained a civil matter until a court ruled on the veracity of the Statutory declarations, was a an attempt by politicians to use the police as a political tool. That move is starting to look pretty stupid. Certainly there have been admissions by some who were at first perceived to be aligned with the party group. They have admitted to altering and in fact being coached in what to put in their declaration, under some sort of political duress. But the four staff have held up under the abuse of power by members of the Federal and State Labor Party. Della and Neal the now very angry iguanas. The fact is without an admission only a court can rule on the veracity of a statutory declaration, senior police should have know that going in. In fact why they did not is another question. Della and Neal the angry iguanas have been identified in a very public way as having abused their high political positions in the Labor Party. And then conspiring to cover up that public abuse of power. They have always had a course of action, dispute the assertions published in several statutory declarations in court. John Della Bosca has asked editor Breen of the Sunday Telegraph on the Ray Hadley Morning Show 2GB ,why would I do that.( sue) ? Editor Breen said go ahead and sue we ( the Telegraph have the statutory declarations). Edward James says I believe it is your only defence John. You and your wife sue and win in a court, or retire from political life exposed for what you are. Anything else simply brings the Labor Party and its card carrying members like the current Mayor of Gosford Jim Macfadyen into disrepute for being a party to such party political garbage !

Belinda the spitter

Today's papers say she spat at a waiter.

Re: Belinda the spitter

Dont believe everything you read in a newspaper!

Gosford Police function as laundry for Labor

Iguanas workers were watched and heard on National TV, to confirm the worst of what we already understood from reading their published signed and witnessed statutory declarations, about these two card carrying Labor Party members. Perceived by some of their constituents as unfit to represent anyone. Morris Iemma has ignored the often touted separation of powers while interfering with citizens civil rights. This Premier himself from a legal background, should know in compelling John Della Bosca to be interviewed by Gosford Police he is abusing his own powers of high political office. Some like me believe Iemma may himself be breaking the law. The published statutory declarations and their veracity may be ruled on by a court or judge and jury. The Police should have know that going in. If the two garbage members of the Labor party have issue with the statutory declarations being accepted as the full truth about how these partying politicians abused their positions and threatened workers. It is up to Ex Minister Della Bosca and Belinda Neal to take legal action as aggrieved persons. Until then the truth of what has been stated remains unchallenged and can be relied on as the truth. The rest is a Labor Party political white wash.

Abuse of power

I have heard people say this is all a 'media beat-up'. It is much more serious than that. The yelling, swearing and spitting aren't the point. Heck, we have all yelled, sworn and spat at some stage. The point is, Neal indicated she could arrange for N.S.W. police to visit Iguanas every Saturday night and have it shut down. One wonders, is it an accepted thing among Labor members of Parliament to organize police harassment of their enemies? I personally think it is accepted. I think this Labor government is very corrupt. They said "We will have your liquor licence." So the question arises, do other State and Federal Labor M.P.s often say the same, or similar things to those who have annoyed them, and do they carry through on their threats? I have heard that they do. Della Bosca at one stage during the altercation assumed a 'stand-over' pose and said threateningly to Mr Golla, the manager of Iguanas "You don't want to call the police." This seems to indicate that the police were under the control of Della Bosca and that they would take his side. What do the police say to this? If called, would they have taken the side of the Labor politicians? Belinda Neal stood over her former staff member to make her change her statutory declaration. This would be a serious criminal offence, attempting to pervert the course of justice, if it were proven to be true. This incident has shown that at least two Labor politicians believe they can control police and the justice system in this state. It shows that there can be no justice in a state run on those lines. If Iguanas staff had backed down out of fear we would never have known. It is no media beat-up, it is frighteningly indicative of a Mafia-type culture within the Labor Party. And these bastards govern us!

If they remain, Labor should not continue to govern

The politicians can claim the police are investigating till the cows come home. Tens of thousands of thinking constituents trust the Iguanas workers have made and published truthful statutory declarations. Della Bosca and Belinda Neal remain identified as lying bullies. All the widely reported political squirming exposes how Labor Party will close ranks around even the worst rubbish to keep power. The veracity of the statutory declarations signed and witnessed by workers tell the reader about the way two party animals abused their positions. Gosford Police are beginning to look like they are running a Labor Party laundry service. Unless there is an admission by the workers and I don’t expect one, then only a court can overturn the statutory declarations. As for all the other stuff we have read and heard about. Perceived as an attempt to cover-up that goes to the character of the politicians. But we know they are exposed as unfit and disrespectful.
