Afghanistan and Iraq are two completely different situations. Troops out of Iraq? Yes. Afghanistan? NO. To hell with the dangerous, fundamentalist, brutal Taliban.

A PDF would be better.
Try recreatting it in openoffice it has a save as PDF button (free from openoffice.org) or try printing to pdf using free tools from pdfforge.org

Good. The women of Afghanistan will be pleased. They have a measure of freedom, at least, as well as education, for now.
