Hopefully one doesn't

Afghanistan and Iraq are two completely different situations. Troops out of Iraq? Yes. Afghanistan? NO. To hell with the dangerous, fundamentalist, brutal Taliban.

Re: Hopefully one doesn't

Let the Afghans send them there themselves, it's not our business.

Show us how to open it, for goodness sake

A PDF would be better.

Try recreatting it in openoffice it has a save as PDF button (free from openoffice.org) or try printing to pdf using free tools from pdfforge.org
